1. Definitions

3. Account Registration and Security

3.2 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only on the kdslod platform. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate or secondary accounts) are strictly prohibited. If kdslod detects or suspects that you have opened more than one account, all accounts will be suspended immediately, and any winnings, bonuses, or deposits in those accounts may be forfeited. This policy prevents bonus abuse and maintains fairness for all players.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). kdslod strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared across other websites or services. You must immediately notify kdslod customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. kdslod will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

kdslod is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued KTP (Indonesian Identity Card), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence displaying your residential address (issued within the last 90 days).

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until verification is successfully completed. kdslod reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kdslod accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon (bank transfer methods), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay (e-wallet methods). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Third-party deposits (payments made from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits depend on your account verification status and VIP tier. Standard deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are processed instantly. kdslod does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, to the same account registered in your name. This anti-money-laundering measure ensures funds return to their legitimate source. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.): 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends/holidays process within 24 hours.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): 1 to 4 hours, seven days a week.

Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your verification status and VIP tier. Unverified accounts may face withdrawal restrictions until KYC procedures are completed. kdslod reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation for large withdrawal amounts (above Rp 50,000,000).

4.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This standard anti-money-laundering policy prevents the platform from being used as a money-transfer service. Deposits that have not met minimum turnover requirements will be subject to an administrative fee of 5% if withdrawn prematurely. Bonus funds carry separate wagering requirements as specified in Section 5.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Any detected abuse results in immediate bonus and winnings forfeiture, account suspension, and potential permanent ban. kdslod's decision on bonus abuse matters is final.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits

While an active bonus is in your account, maximum bet limits apply. Standard maximum bet is Rp 25,000 per spin/hand/bet unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit voids the bonus and all associated winnings. This rule prevents large-bet strategies designed to meet wagering requirements artificially quickly.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using kdslod, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using bots, scripts, third-party software, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage. Exploiting software bugs or glitches for profit instead of reporting them to customer support.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, share information inappropriately, or defraud the platform or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using kdslod services to transfer, hide, or disguise illegally obtained funds. All accounts suspected of money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access your account or assisting minors in creating accounts.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank/e-wallet after funds have been used for gambling. Chargeback fraud results in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The platform may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, server problems, or circumstances beyond our control. kdslod is not liable for any losses, missed betting opportunities, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions. 7.2 No Guarantees of Winnings

In no event shall kdslod's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kdslod is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, emotional distress, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming platforms operating in jurisdictions where such services are legally permitted. Given that kdslod serves the Indonesian market, local Indonesian consumer protection principles and regulations are considered where applicable, though full legal enforceability of online gambling agreements in Indonesia remains subject to ongoing legal developments.
